Great value for money for budget travelers, comfortable accommodation and convenient location for exploring the city.
No elevator available, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs. Breakfast is limited and not very appetizing.

location was a few steps away from lakes and parks. 300 metres away there is the watermark cafe, where you can dine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was freshly cooked. the location was great, near the North Bay and Peasholm Park, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for pubs and restaurants nearby.
The hotel had steep steps up to the front door, which could be challenging with mobility issues. the TV in the room was a bit small, making it less enjoyable for watching.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house near Peasholm Park. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town center. the room was cozy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast at the cafe up the road was delicious, with a great selection of options. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Definitely a place I would stay at again.
Parking could be a bit of a challenge when the hotel gets busy.
